Description of Services
Private day program for adults 65 and older who speak Ukrainian * client is responsible for their own transportation * relieves family caregivers who provide day-to-day care

- chair Yoga for seniors
- Tai Chi
- falls prevention exercises and osteoporosis classes (provided by Lifemark physiotherapy)
- cycling classes
- bingo
- art and music therapy
- presentations
- reading and discussion group
- dog therapy
- special events including concerts and shows, and holiday celebration
Services include:
- social engagement with a variety of cognitive, therapeutic, recreational and social activities
- assistance with meal and personal care (per request, as needed)
- hot lunch and healthy snacks
- special diet to meet seniors' needs
