A single point of access for referrals to publically funded addictions and mental health providers in Mississauga and Halton
Accepting referrals for clients residing in the the Mississauga Halton area or from primary care providers who practice in Mississauga, Oakville, Southwest Etobicoke, Milton or Georgetown * this includes referrals to both Ambulatory Outpatient Mental Health Services at Halton Healthcare and Trillium Health Partners
- ADAPT (Halton Alcohol Drug and Gambling Assessment Prevention and Treatment)
- Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Halton Region Branch
- CarePoint Health - Ontario Structured Psychotherapy Program
