Campus is the location for complex continuing care, rehabilitation programs, several outpatient clinics, satellite renal services, mammography and specialized mental health
- Communication Technology Clinic Multidisciplinary assessment services for people with communciation disabilities * services include system prescription, customization, set-up, support and training * prescribes Assistive Devices Program (ADP) authorized communication technology
- Geriatric Rehabilitation Clinic Interdisciplinary inpatient clinic and assessment services for aging related health conditions * rehabilitation services to increase functional independence and maintain quality of life
- Mental Health Unit Mental health unit * specialized care for geriatric patients * outpatient day hospital
- Neuro Rehabilitation Clinic Outpatient neurological rehabilitation services with therapies to enhance individuals functioning and integration in community * multidisciplinary team includes physiotherapist, speech language pathologist, occupational therapist, social work and recreational therapist
- Pain Management Centre Treatment for people with chronic pain * interventional therapy provided through diagnostic and therapeutic nerve blocks, soft tissue and joint injections
- Palliative Care Inpatient palliative care program * care is provided by an interdisciplinary team and addresses such areas as symptom control, emotional, psychological and spiritual needs of the person and family * private or semi-private rooms
- Prosthetic and Orthotic Clinic Consultation, assessment, treatment and follow up for persons with amputations requiring prostheses or with other disabilities requiring braces * workshop for repairs and minor adjustments to appliances * clinic is registered with Ontario Ministry of Health Assistive Devices Program
- Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program Inpatient and outpatient care for patients with severe lung disease * education and individualized exercise programs for patients with severe lung disease
