•One-way trip costs $3.75
•Return trip costs $7.50
•New passengers must prepay a minimum of $37.50 to open an account
•A monthly pass, which provides unlimited travel within that month, costs $124

Eligibility / Target Population
To qualify for TransHelp, you must: 1. Live in Peel (Brampton, Caledon or Mississauga).2. Are living with a permanent or temporary disability that’s defined by the Ontario Human Rights Code. This includes — but isn’t limited to — a visual, physical, sensory, cognitive or mental health disability that a healthcare professional has confirmed. 3. Have a disability that sometimes or always stops you from using conventional public transit such as Brampton Transit or MiWay

Description of Services
Specialized public transit for eligible residents in
Brampton, Caledon and Mississauga. This door-to-door service is called
TransHelp
You may be eligible for TransHelp if you experience a barrier to using conventional public transit (such as Brampton Transit or MiWay) due to your physical, cognitive, visual, sensory or mental health disability
TransHelp is a shared ride service - the same as conventional public transit, light rail or train
Passengers pay the same fare as conventional public transit; however, payments are made in advance
TransHelp passengers are encouraged to use wheelchairs/scooters that comply with CSA standard. These wheelchairs, scooters and walkers are required to meet a specific size, weight and safety guideline
Taxi Scrip, a subsidized taxi service, is also available to TransHelp passengers
