Strength-based and trauma-informed individual therapy interventions are provided to the youth which may include motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy skills, solution focused, and narrative treatment modalities, and when warranted, psychological/psychiatric consultation and collaboration/advocacy with internal and external partner agencies. Services may involve parents, caregivers, family members or other allies depending on the youth’s identified needs and at the youth’s discretion
