Description of Services
6-month to 1-year exercise and education program for people with cardiovascular and pulmonary disease, and people with high risk factors such as high blood pressure, diabetes and elevated cholesterol
- group exercise classes twice weekly
- dietician - individual and group sessions
- social worker - individual counselling and group sessions
- education workshops ie. cooking classes, stress management
