Description of Services
Supports for women who are diagnosed with gestational diabetes and women who already have diabetes and become pregnant * provides instruction about diet, exercise, glucose monitoring, and insulin administration * team includes:
- diabetes nurse educator
- registered dietitian
- obstetrician
- internist
