Description of Services
20 subsidized bachelor apartments for CAMH clients who are making the transition from hospital to independent living * community center in the clients' apartment building provides range of programs, such as:
- 3 meals in day program and cooking lessons
- computer lessons
- yoga and exercise programs
- nutrition advice
- budgeting and personal finance management
- peer support groups
- outdoor outings
