Eligibility / Target Population
People with a BMI greater than 35 with comorbidites or BMI greater than 40 * must be motivated and willing to make eating and lifestyle changes, work with the interdisciplinary team, and participate in long-term follow-up

Description of Services
Laparoscopic Bariatric (weight management) surgery clinic * preoperative and postoperative assessment and education * surgeries offered are: roux-en-y aastric bypass, gastric sleeve, and biliopancreatic diversion with duodenal switch * care team includes:
- surgeons
- general internal medicine physicians
- psychiatrist
- nurses
- social workers
- dietitians
- clerks
- physicians as required
