Description of Services

Doctors, nurse practitioners, and nurses assess and treat minor illnesses *OHIP not required * services include:
  • pre and post-natal care
  • mental health services
  • integrated care of complex health conditions such as diabetes
  • foot care
  • HIV/AIDS care
  • care for seniors in the community
