Eligibility / Target Population
Ontario residents 55 years and older who are medically stable * must have a valid OHIP card * must be able to follow instructions and self-determine modifications suitable to personal health limitations * must be able to engage in conversation and make decisions independently * must be able to transfer independently or with one person assisting
