Description of Services
In partnership with Trillium Health Partners (THP), this virtual program is specifically for graduates of the Cardio Pulmonary Rehab program referred from the hospital * support people living with chronic lung diseases * supervisor approval required for registration * all class participants must have Fitness Specialized Partnership or Therapeutic member and be referred by THP COPD Program to attend class
