Family practice medical services involve a multidisciplinary health care teams that include family physicians, nurse practitioners and registered nurses

- one-on-one medical appointment for individual client
- well baby visit
- immunization for infants and young children
- adult health maintenance and management of chronic diseases
- pregnancy care for women who are up to 27 weeks pregnant
- counselling for mental health and substance use disorders
- chronic disease management- Diabetes

- special health education activities and programs for clients and community members (pre-registration may be required)
