Education and Exercise Class for adults with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD)
- Offers a 7-week session
- Program is delivered by Respiratory Nurse (from the Family Health Team) and Physiotherapist (from the hospital)
- Maximum of 6 people per class
