Description of Services
Community based outpatient neurological rehabilitation program for people who have had a recent stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury or other new neurological event * Services include:
Progression level of rehabilitative care for clients working to restore or maximize functionality * Clients must have active rehab goals and be able to participate in therapy 1-2 times per week and able to tolerate 30-60 mins therapy sessions * Treatment lasts up to 12 weeks maximum * must have reliable means of transportation

- Speech Therapy
