Oversees the administration and financial services of all municipal departments and handles financial services for ratepayers and customers

- Maintains and prepares the agendas, by laws and minutes for all meetings including council, committee of the whole and public sessions
- Issues dog and lottery licenses
- Issues camping permits for municipal campgrounds
- Revises and implements the Emergency Preparedness Plan
