Description of Services

Operates a province-wide, bilingual, toll-free information line providing a range of services to victims of crime

Offers personal information and referral to support services in the victim's community

Offers pre-recorded information about the criminal justice system

Offers access to information about provincially sentenced offenders as well as register for automated notifications when an offender's status changes

Provides referral to the Victim Liaison Unit, to contact the Victims and Vulnerable Persons Division if you have concerns with the availability or quality of victim services
