Supports youth (males and females) aged 12-18 in developing leadership skills, critical awareness and opportunities to positively impact their own lives * Youth are involved in  design and implementation of the program activities * Assists youth to develop skills through exploration of teamwork, cultural diversity, critical thinking, peer relationships, family relationships, bullying, racism and other issues * Youth are introduced to positive role models through interaction with staff members and volunteers.
