Mental health and addiction treatment hub for vulnerable populations * the hub provides a client-centered approach to tackling interconnected challenges of mental health, addiction, homelessness, and barriers to care * services include but are not limited to:
- primary healthcare
- ID clinics and housing services
- mental health and addiction treatments
- residential addiction programs
- supportive housing and social services
- health promotion and wraparound supports
- employment programs
