Description of Services
Provides a supportive, temporary home to help individuals build stability and transition to independent living
- Residents can stay up to one year, while working with a Housing and Homelessness Navigator to create and achieve individual goals
- Individuals are encouraged to maintain employment, attend school or participate in treatment while residing at the home
- Staff support varies, based on individual needs and goals
- Individuals pay a daily rate based on income
- Home is not supervised 24 hours per day
