Comprehensive services for clients whose enrollment extends beyond three months * program includes individualized assessment and care planning that meets client's unique needs * case manager facilitates access to necessary resources and services * clients receive ongoing supportive counseling to help manage their challenges and are connected to appropriate community or healthcare services * clients could be referred to:
- Sahara Addictions Day Program
- Sahara Men’s Group
- Sahara Relapse Prevention Group
- Sahara Opioids Prevention Support Group
- Intensive Addiction Day Treatment Group
- Family Group
