Description of Services
To avoid caregiver burnout, hospital emergency department visits, unnecessary hospital admissions and early admissions to Long-Term Care facilities, among older adults, the overnight respite program offers in-home respite to clients that qualify for the program. Service provided by Overnight Respite Workers (ORWs)
