Short-term program for people who have limited access to mental health services * develops treatment plan with client and their primary healthcare practitioner * services may include:
- psychiatric consult and recommendations
- nursing assessment and treatment
- psychotherapy treatment
- psychosocial interventions
- life coaching
- referrals to community resources and services
