Description of Services
Personalized in-home care designed to keep older adults in their homes and remain independent, healthy and safe. Program helps relieve stress due to supporting an aging parent or loved one. Support workers will design a care plan based on needs.

- Snow Angels (shovel municipal sidewalk)
