Description of Services
This program treats patients with end stage renal disease (Kidney damage) that can be related to diabetes, hypertension, blockage, infection, congenital disorders or malignancies. Some services are offered at satellite locations:
Dialysis services provided include:
- Whitby hospital site at 300 Gordon St
- Lakeridge Gardens LTC at 680 Harwood Ave S, Ajax
Dialysis services provided include:
- Advanced Renal Insufficiency Clinic
- Home Peritoneal
- Home Hemodialysis - Whitby hospital
- In-Centre Hemodialysis - Whitby and Oshawa hospitals and Ajax Lakeridge Gardens
- Kidney Care Clinic - Whitby hospital
