Description of Services
Adult day program * supervised and supported social, educational, therapeutic and recreational activities for Chinese and other older adults who are physically frail or have challenges * activities are provided in a group setting for part of the day * support to family caregivers include:
- supportive counselling
- snacks and hot lunch
- personal care
- transportation within serving boundary
