Description of Services

Providing education and knowledge to seniors, caregivers, and the broader community about caring for seniors and individuals living with chronic diseases. Services include:

supportive counselling
group and social activities
education and training sessions provided by the Care Ambassador program
mutual help activities
displays and exhibitions at outreach events
publications
online learning platform
