Application

Referrals are accepted by a variety of health professionals
Particular medical tests will be required prior to assessment dates
Referrals should be directed to the Eating Disorder secretary 613-548-6095

Eligibility / Target Population

Assessment includes a comprehensive interview and relevant self-report questionnaires for the purpose of formulating diagnoses and treatment recommendations * the assessment requires approximately 1-1.5 hours

Fees

Treatment and assessments are free of charge to OHIP cardholders
Out of province insurance is also accepted
