Call to book an appointment

People who do not have a primary care provider and are under the age of 50, or:

people needing emergency birth control
Indigenous peoples
people experiencing homelessness
people who use substances intravenously
people who are new to Canada/speak a language other than English
sex workers
young people living in a group home or a youth justice facility
LGBTQIA+ community members, and youth, not comfortable with own primary care provider, or who have privacy concerns
pregnant people who would like to discuss pregnancy termination or pregnancy options counselling (we do not do pregnancy testing)
people who have experienced sexual assault (please seek care at the Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Treatment Program at SJHC for services immediately after assault)
teens not comfortable seeing their primary health care provider
