Description of Services
Program offers free services to individuals, groups,
caregivers and employers to assist people living with diabetes to better manage the disease and prevent complications that can limit ones independence
Refugees and newcomers are welcome. Health insurance not required
Service covers:
All Sat clinics are held at the Panorama Court location

- diabetes support groups
- one-on-one counselling sessions
- meter training
- insulin starts
- community screening
- exercise programs
- nutrition and heart health presentations
- foot care
- Retinopathy Screening ( Diabetes Eye Exams)
