Description of Services

For urgent mental health emergency, immediate attention and an assessment by a Crisis Specialist provided through the emergency department. Mental health refers to a persons well being

Mental Health Crisis Services can be accessed through the emergency department and provide urgent mental health assessments that may result in a transfer to inpatient services at a Schedule 1 facility or discharged home with referrals to community supports and resources
