Description of Services
Assessment, treatment, and education for individuals diagnosed with dysfunction, disease, or acute trauma to hands and upper extremities * services provided by an occupational therapist or physiotherapist may include:
Progression level of rehabilitative care for patients working to restore or maximize functionality
- manual therapy or soft tissue mobilization
- hand exercises
- custom splinting
- retraining and stretching to regain comfort and function for the hand
