Supports for people living with prediabetes or diabetes type 2 * one-on-one or group consultation on monitoring blood sugar levels, medications, healthy eating, exercise, and other lifestyle choices * nurse educators and registered dietitians on staff * available to those newly diagnosed or living with these conditions for years, including people starting or already using insulin
